Introduction
Welcome to iGPS Spoofer(the "App"), developed by domosky (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App, available exclusively on the Apple App Store.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws, including:
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK)
- The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) for users in California
- The Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) for users in the People's Republic of China
- Apple's App Store Review Guidelines
What Information We Collect
We collect only the minimal information necessary to provide and improve the App's core functionality. We do not collect or store your real GPS location under any circumstances. Below is a breakdown of the information we may process:
1. Location Services Permission
To enable the App's location spoofing functionality, we request access to your device's Location Services. This permission is strictly required to replace your device's reported GPS coordinates with the fake location you select. Important:
- We do NOT collect, store, or transmit your real GPS location to our servers or any third parties.
- The fake location coordinates you input are only stored in your device's volatile memory for the duration of your active spoofing session and are erased immediately when you close the App or terminate the session.
2. Information You Voluntarily Provide
- Support Requests: If you contact our customer support team, you may choose to provide your email address and details about your issue. We use this information solely to respond to your request.
- Feedback: If you submit feedback via the App's in-app form, we may collect your email address (optional) and feedback content to improve the App.
3. Automatically Collected Information
We collect anonymized, non-identifiable data to maintain compatibility and improve the App's performance:
- Device and App Metadata: iOS version, device model, App version, and Identifier for Vendor (IDFV) (note: IDFV is not linked to your Apple ID and cannot be used to identify you personally).
- Usage Statistics: Anonymized data about session duration, feature usage, and compatibility issues.
- Crash and Error Logs: If the App experiences an error, we may collect anonymized crash logs with non-identifiable device details. You can disable this collection in the App's settings.
4. Payment Information
If you purchase a premium subscription or in-app purchases, all payment processing is handled directly by Apple App Store. We do NOT collect, store, or process any of your payment information (including credit card details, billing address, or Apple ID payment data). Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww/
How We Use Your Information

- To provide and maintain the App's core location spoofing functionality.
- To respond to your customer support inquiries and resolve technical issues.
- To improve the App's performance, fix bugs, and develop new features based on anonymized usage data.

How We Share Your Information

- Trusted Service Providers: We engage GDPR/CCPA-compliant third-party providers to assist with app maintenance, analytics, or customer support. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
- Apple Services: We share anonymized usage data with Apple to comply with App Store guidelines and improve App Store services.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
In full compliance with Apple's ATT framework:
- The App does NOT track you across third-party apps or websites.
- We do not request permission to track your activity outside of the App.
- We do not use any third-party tracking tools that collect identifiable information about you.

- Anonymized device and usage data: Retained for up to 12 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
- Crash logs: Retained for up to 6 months, then deleted.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
- All temporary location data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
- Any personal information you provide (e.g., support email addresses) is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and stored on encrypted servers hosted by GDPR/CCPA-compliant cloud providers.
